Fat Burning Food

If you’ve been reading through the previous pages, you probably have put together in your mind a list of negative calorie foods. These are also on the list of fat burning foods. Natural foods that are water rich and high in fiber fall into this category. There is a large number of vegetables and fruits that combine low calories, delicious taste, and excellent negative calorie properties.

Also you can eat many of these foods to burn that extra fat and as a bonus you’ll receive many vitamins, minerals and nutrients to boost your health. As pointed out in earlier pages, you must limit your calories to your required daily total, so that you will experience the full fat burning effect of these foods.

List of Fat Burning Foods

Asparagus, apple, beet, berries, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, celery, chili, collard greens, cucumber, garlic, lettuce, grapefruit, lemon, mango, mustard greens, onion, orange, papaya, parsnips, pineapple, radishes, rutabagas, spinach, turnip, and zucchini. This is by no means a complete list of fat burning foods. Most of the produce section at your local supermarket is filled with negative calorie fruits and vegetables, so you may enjoy these foods and lose fat too.

Eating the vegetables raw, or par boiling, or stir frying (whatever the case might be) is desired and will preserve their negative calories. If you overcook or over fry them then they will lose their naturalness, many vitamins and other nutrients, and their abilities to take away calories will most likely suffer also. Remember to wash them thoroughly before you eat them.

Salad A Big Part of The Negative Calorie Diet

Salads with low-fat or no fat dressings and lots of fresh, negative calorie vegetables can make great meals, especially when meat or fish are added. These additions ‘round out’ the salad and push it into the healthy meal category.

Changing What You Eat

Remember the emphasis here is on changing your daily diet, adding these foods in, and not suffering the pains of dieting. Your meals should always be well rounded and balanced, in other words don’t just eat five pounds of celery for the entire day expecting to gain all the negative calorie benefits from this one source. You will probably end up feeling sick and still continue to be hungry.

There are many tasty ways you can prepare these foods and add them to a healthy meal having a lean cut of steak or fish. You are only limited by your imagination. Seek out good natural food recipes and enjoy the meals you make. By changing your focus on what you eat as opposed to losing weight, you will see that you will naturally, effortlessly burn fat, lose weight, and feel much better.
